Activity of APS against NDV
Prevent viral attachment to the cell receptor, Enhance cellular and humoral responses by increasing IgG level, IL-2 and IL-6, T cell proliferation and IgA secreting cells in cecum tonsil and duodenum. APS possess effective immunostimulatory effects when used in vaccination programs against Newcastle disease virus (NDV) by enhancing the antibody titers and IFN-γ in ND-vaccinated chickens. Activity of APS against AI H9N2, H5N1
APS reduce H9N2 replication and enhance early humoral immune responses, enhance the interleukines IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12 and antibody production in chickens. APS Increases the serum Ig antibody levels and the expression of cytokines (IL-2, IL-10, I FN-γ, and TNF-α) against H5N1 vaccine in broilers.
